COVID-19 Notice | 3.17.20

To our RTTI customers:

 

Randolph Communications is deeply concerned for all of our customers and employees during this COVID-19 outbreak. For our customers, we will be postponing non-pay disconnects, late charges and reconnect fees for 60 days. To avoid getting your bill too far behind, there are several ways to make a payment: 1) call 855-382-9920; 2) Visit https://rtmc.smarthub.coop/Login.html#; 3) Visit our Asheboro or Liberty Drive Thru locations or drop box locations at each office.

 

If you visit our offices, please know our associates are available to serve you. We are increasing the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitization in all of our offices, including high-touch surfaces, and we are making hand sanitizer readily available for associates and customers. We are prohibiting walk-in traffic if you appear to have flu or virus symptoms.

 

We also urge any customers who have appointments that are not feeling well, to please reschedule their appointment by calling 336-879-5681. This is for the well-being of our customers and to keep our technicians safe. Our technicians will be asking basic health questions before entering the home and reserve the right to not enter a home if they are uncomfortable.

 

As the situation continues to change rapidly, we are continuing to seek guidance from the CDC and local health officials.
